The Project

Wahl Clipper Corporation is a leader in the professional and home grooming category with over 3,300 employees, selling products in approximately 165 countries worldwide with six global manufacturing facilities as well as eleven sales offices.  Seeking to continuously improve upon their tradition of innovation and superior customer service, Wahl set a goal to consistently engage their customers across sales channels, establishing a 360o degree customer view while improving the Amazon sales channel’s performance.  To support this vision, Tahoe Partners was engaged to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement integrated with the Amazon Marketplace. This integration imports consumer and order information as well as a variety of other product and competitor-based information into Dynamics 365.  In addition to accumulating consumer-based information for sales, marketing and financial analytics, Amazon Fulfillment Center replenishment orders are also imported and processed through Dynamics 365.
