Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the country's 4th largest insurer, operates the Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. With a wave of new consumers entering the health insurance market, HCSC recognized the need for a user-friendly tool to serve new and existing customers. They enlisted Tahoe Partners to lead the way in developing a new, easy-to-use secure member portal for all state plans.

The redesigned Blue Access for Members (BAM) provides greater self-service capabilities than ever before, all in an intuitive, easy to navigate format. Customers can access BAM from any device, research options, estimate costs and easily search for forms and documents when they need them. The portal is a key component of HCSC's digital retail strategy, meeting consumer expectations and driving real cost savings for Health Care Service Corporation.
